Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dumbio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dumbio is an AI-powered productivity tool that helps you manage tasks, habits, and projects. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a Free (Basic) tier and a paid Pro tier.

3. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When you purchase a Pro subscription:

• Your payment is collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, who is legally responsible for the transaction in your jurisdiction.
• Dumbio does not store or have access to your credit card details at any time.
• Subscription charges are billed on a monthly or annual cycle depending on the plan selected at checkout.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may include applicable taxes as determined by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then and will not be charged again.

Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Contact support@dumbio.app within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

5. Free Tier Limits

The Basic (free) tier includes limited access to features. Current limits are displayed on the Billing page and may change over time with reasonable notice.

6. User Accounts

You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. Dumbio is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the AI features to generate harmful or illegal content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by or licensed to Dumbio. You retain ownership of data you create within the Service (tasks, habits, notes, etc.).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumbio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
