1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store your tasks, habits, action plans, and usage data in order to provide the Dumbio service.

If you subscribe to Dumbio Pro, your payment is processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Dumbio receives only a subscription status and a customer reference ID — we never see or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Dumbio service.
  • To generate AI-powered action plans via Claude (Anthropic).
  • To manage your subscription status and enforce feature limits.
  • To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve product quality.

3. Third-Party Services

Dumbio uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI task planning.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google OAuth — sign-in authentication.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

4. Payment Data

All payment transactions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Dumbio does not process, store, or have access to your payment card information. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs how your billing data is handled.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@dumbio.app.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@dumbio.app to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of Dumbio after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
